What You'll Responsible For:

Key Responsibilities 

Support GRC team

• Assist in preparing and verifying manual consolidation adjustments for review by senior team members.
• Support the monthly consolidation process by preparing and validating consolidation data.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for review and distribution by the GRC team.
• Perform basic financial data validation and assist with variance analysis.

Management reporting

• Support GRC in preparing monthly group consolidated accounts.
• Assist in promulgating changes in WWH, WALWIL, NORSEA & WMS reporting & consolidation routines plus guidance.
• Support inter-company reconciliation activities and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain and further develop a consistent and integrated approach for a unified management reporting process for both corporate and business area levels management at GRC.
• Support business users by responding to routine queries and assisting with ejournal requests, escalating complex matters to senior GRC team members where appropriate.
• Monitor and follow up on ejournal requests and support timely resolution of cases in accordance with established service standards.
• Assist in preparing reporting information and performance metrics as requested by business areas and corporate functions.
• Support the maintenance and administration of reporting and consolidation systems.

Financial management information 

• Data processing and consolidated data.
• Ongoing process of identifying and developing better data management.
• Co-administer BOFC reporting & consolidation system.

Rolling forecast/ budgets

• Assist to review 18 months rolling forecast and budget modules in the consolidation system.
• Facilitate the group budget process and ensure annual budget registered in the consolidation system.

Project management

• Participate in consolidation system/other group reporting projects.

Miscellaneous

• Ad-hoc activities assigned by superior.
• Support business function.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Experience with SAP, consolidation or reporting systems is an advantage but not required.
