About the Role

As our Media Manager, you will lead the planning, delivery and optimization of media activity to maximize brand visibility, consumer engagement and commercial performance. You will work closely with category marketing, digital, e-commerce, CRM, insights and agency partners to ensure media investments drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute integrated media strategies aligned to business and marketing objectives.

·       Manage media planning and investment across online and offline channels.

·       Partner with media agencies to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and performance.

·       Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize activity using audience, performance and attribution data.

·       Evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.

·       Collaborate with category, trade marketing and digital teams to ensure consistent customer journeys across channels.

·       Manage media budgets responsibly, ensuring strong return on investment and efficient allocation of resources.

·       Present media performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

·       Drive continuous improvement through testing, learning, and adoption of new media technologies and approaches.

This role is expected to provide subject matter expertise and independent management of media activities while contributing to broader marketing objectives.

About You

Required

·       Significant experience in media planning, media buying, media strategy, or integrated marketing communications.

·       Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels.

·       Experience managing agency relationships and campaign delivery.

·       Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

·       Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

·       Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and evaluating return on investment.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Proficiency in reporting and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

·  Fluent English is required; German language skills are considered a plus.

· Ability to work from the office five days per week

Desirable

·       Experience within consumer technology, premium consumer goods or retail environments.

·       Familiarity with performance marketing, measurement frameworks, and attribution models.

·       Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

·       Knowledge of emerging media technologies, automation, and AI-enabled marketing solutions.
