Are you hands-on, dependable, and someone who enjoys working as part of a team? As a Technician Helper, you’ll work alongside our experienced Install Technicians in the field, helping make installations safe, efficient, and successful. You’ll also support our warehouse team with inventory and product-related tasks when needed.
This is more than an entry-level support role — it can be a great stepping stone toward becoming an Install Technician. With the right work ethic, reliability, and commitment to developing your skills, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career with us.
What You’ll Do
- Ride with or meet Install Technicians in the field to provide hands-on assistance during installations.
- Help Technicians work safely and efficiently while handling products and installation materials.
- Assist with warehouse activities, including processing returned products and preparing inventory for reuse or recycling.
- Support inventory organization, replenishment, and general warehouse operations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Service teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs change.
What We’re Looking For

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally work extended hours.
- The ability to stay composed and organized in high-stress situations.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience with Windows-based computer systems.
- Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, planning, or replenishment is a plus.
- Experience supporting high-volume business operations or field service teams is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
The Physical Side of the Role
This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable lifting and carrying products up to and occasionally over 50 pounds, as well as frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
