Overview
PBUS Value Channel Commercial Strategy sits in Sector Commercial Planning & Marketing with end-to-end oversight on channel strategy, commercialization, and innovation execution. We work across functions to imagine, build, and scale the next generation of winning plays – turning insight into action. The Commercial function leads the strategic planning and execution of innovation; inclusive of optimizing the innovation launch strategy, identifying key assortment/packs for the Club channel, delivering detailed forecast guidelines, reporting launch performance details, and driving alignment across all cross-functional teams.
The PBUS Commercial Sales Planning Manager, Club Channel will be responsible for leading the innovation and commercialization agenda for the Club Channel in close concert with Club customer teams and GBU/JV partners; with direct responsibility for the Sparkling/CSD portfolio. This role will serve as a sales planning expert and will lead the refreshed PBUS Club commercialization process to impact 2027+ innovations as well as stand up new optimized processes. This role will report directly to the Commercial Strategy Director, Value Channel in the Sector.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead commercialization of Sparkling/CSD projects for Club, collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify, develop, and launch winning assortment/packs for the Club Channel
- Lead the roll-out of the refreshed Club commercialization process and stand up new optimized processes in concert with Club Customer Teams, GBU/JV, and Cross-Functional Partners (e.g. marketing, sales strategy, supply chain, RGM, finance, etc.)
- Act as the channel expert to successfully bring Club initiatives through the PBUS Stage Gate process, aligning with Cross-Functional Partners and Sr. Leadership on launch recommendations
- Lead Club sales innovation connects, owning the agenda and driving projects successfully forward with Customer Teams (VP, Sr. Director, and Director teams)
- Works closely with RGM and Finance on optimal Club assortment/pack strategy, internal/external pricing/P&L trends, and weighing in on implications
- Drive weekly innovation/brand scorecard analysis and action plan recommendations, collaborating with sales, sales strategy, marketing, supply chain and Sr. Leadership to drive action
- Active participant in supply chain integration calls and partner with customer teams, brand, and finance to build precise innovation forecasts to meet customer sales targets and minimize internal waste/complexity, communicating hot-button items and drivers to leadership
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
- Leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and influence across various levels in a matrix environment
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with financial acumen to identify and escalate hot-button items
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a strong drive for results
- Strong project management and detail-oriented skillset is critical
- Leveraging data and strong analytics skillset, will have the ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and offer meaningful recommendations and solutions
- Must have IRI skills/experience (ERT is a positive / or ability to learn) and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 5 Years in CPG Sales/Commercial/Category Management/RGM/Sales Strategy/Finance
- Proven ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic and ambiguous environment; strong oral and written communication skills
