Junior Account Executive (activewear)

A growing women's contemporary brand is looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to help expand its presence within the active and athletic specialty channel.  This is a field-based wholesale sales opportunity focused on developing strong relationships with independent boutiques and specialty retail chains. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the specialty wholesale landscape, enjoys being in front of customers, and is excited by the opportunity to grow both existing business and new accounts.  This is a great opportunity for an early-career sales professional who is ready to take on more responsibility and make an impact within a growing business.

Hybrid setting and open to travel to accounts

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of wholesale sales experience with specialty boutiques and/or retail chains
• Experience within womens active, athletic, athleisure, or a related apparel category is a plus
• Existing relationships within the specialty retail channel preferred
• Comfortable managing both independent accounts and multi-door retail relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and strong with follow-through
• Comfortable working with sales and inventory data
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with JOOR or other wholesale/order management platforms is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
