Role Summary
Free People is looking for an Associate Merchandiser who will support the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies for the FP wholesale business. The role partners with merchandising, sales, buying, planning, design, and PD to build brand right assortments that meet the needs of wholesale accounts while supporting financial goalsRole Responsibilities
- Analyze selling by style, category account and attribute
- Create monthly line plans and assortment developments
- Partner closely with the sales, buying, planning, design, and product development teams to ensure the assortment supports brand direction
- Identify product opportunities and assortment gabs
- Help differentiate assortments by account type
- Track seasonal performance and product adoption
- Support financial goals

Role Qualifications
2-4 years in merchandising, buying, or a related retail role. Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising. Strong product and analytical skills.
