Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Ingersheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technical Assistant  Product Development Clearcoat /Monocoat (m/f/d).

Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit an unternehmensweiten KI-Projekt zur Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen

• Durchführung von Design-of-Experiments (DoE)-Studien zur Rezepturoptimierung

• Entwicklung, Optimierung und Standardisierung der globalen PPG Klarlack- Monocoat Technologie unter Einhaltung der jeweiligen Kunden-Spezifikationen

• Übertragung des Klarlack /Monocoat - Produktionsprozesses vom Labor- in Technikum- und Produktionsmaßstab (Scale up - Verfahren) Globale Ausrichtung

• Durchführung von technologischen und applikationstechnischen Prüfungen.

• Einführung und Betreuung der Technologie bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden.

• Kommunikation und Unterstützung der globalen Kundenteams

• Unterstützung und Betreuung von ersten Linienversuchen bei Kunden.

• Vollständige Dokumentation der Arbeitsergebnisse

• Umsetzung der ISO TS 16949 Bestimmungen in allen Bereichen

• Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen

Ihr Profil:

• Ausbildung als Lacklaborant, Lacktechniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.

• Rezept- und Formulierungswissen sowie chemische und physikalische Grundkenntnisse

• Rohstoffkenntnisse im Bereich Automotive OEM-Coatings

• Kenntnisse in Rheologie und sämtlichen Prüfmethoden zur Charakterisierung der Oberflächengüte einer Automobildecklackierung

• Erfahrung mit Applikationstechniken und Prüfmethoden nach OEM Vorschriften

• Kenntnisse über FMEA, statistischer Versuchsplanung und Dokumentation nach QM Anforderungen

• Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein

• Techniken zur Problemlösung

• Selbstständiges, korrektes und akkurates Arbeiten

• Bereitschaft und Interesse an der Mitarbeit in globalen Teams

• Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitskenntnisse auch globale Standards

• Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
