We’re delivering essential infrastructure projects and we need a Senior Document Controller to keep everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes.

This is your chance to be at the heart of a project that will secure Auckland’s water supply for generations. If you thrive on precision, love systems, and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.

Reporting to the Manager – Document Control, you will own the document management process from transmittals through approvals. 

This will involve:

• Keeping our Aconex system humming and support the team with training and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining registers, enforcing standards, and ensuring every document is where it should be.
• Driving quality and compliance through audits and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with contractors and consultants to keep everyone aligned.

To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator.     

Your skills will also include: 

• At least 3 years’ experience in document control.
• Expertise in Aconex DMS.
• A proactive, detail-focused approach and a knack for problem-solving.
• Bonus points for infrastructure project experience!
