About the role:

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Boutique Repairs & Maintenance – West Coast Region to join our Facilities team. This role is responsible for overseeing boutique repair and maintenance operations across Southern California region and ensuring our boutiques consistently reflect CHANEL’s standards of excellence and operational integrity. In this role, you will own and elevate the performance of our boutique environment across the region - ensuring each space operates seamlessly, reflects the highest standards of the brand, and supports an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in driving day-to-day repair and maintenance operations, managing vendor partnerships, and supporting boutique teams across Fashion, Watch & Fine Jewelry, Multi-brand Retail, and Ephemeral boutiques. This role interfaces closely with boutique leadership, vendors, and internal partners, and serves as a critical link between strategy and execution. Our ideal candidate brings 5+ years of facilities, construction-related, or retail operation experience and a passion for problem-solving, ownership, and maintaining best-in-class retail environments.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, construction, or retail operations
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP) and construction drawings
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in a multi-site retail or hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and execute under pressure
  • Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and processing invoices

Position Logistics:

  • Partially Remote (Field-Based Role): With a home base in our Los Angeles market, with regular in-boutique presence to support operations and business priorities as needed. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
  • Travel required, including frequent boutique visits across Northern California, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and the Pacific Northwest, with approximately 60% of the workweek spent in the field. Travel includes both local and regional travel outside of the home market to support boutique operations and maintenance needs.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Availability to respond to urgent matters outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,400 through $125,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
