The Role:

As the Deputy Sourcing Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing our procurement lifecycle, cultivating robust supplier partnerships, and driving significant cost efficiencies. Your primary focus will be on the strategic sourcing of metal components, encompassing complex negotiations, contract management, and rigorous supplier performance evaluations. Operating as a critical partner to the business, you will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure our sourcing strategies align with overarching corporate objectives and dynamic market trends.

Your Contribution:

  • Strategic Procurement: Spearhead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategy for metal components across global markets.

  • Supplier Lifecycle Management: Lead the evaluation, qualification, and onboarding of new suppliers while overseeing ongoing vendor performance and strategic alignment.

  • Complex Negotiations: Structure and negotiate favorable pricing models, terms, and enterprise-level contracts with critical suppliers.

  • Cost Optimization: Develop and execute aggressive cost-reduction strategies, continuously identifying high-value sourcing opportunities to improve the bottom line.

  • Market Intelligence: Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable market trend analyses, forecasting, and cost-structure insights.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers and internal business leaders.

  • Risk Mitigation: Design and implement robust business continuity plans and proactive risk mitigation strategies within the supply chain.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and international procurement, with specialized, hands-on expertise in metal components.

  • Global Acumen: Proven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively across complex global regions (US, EMEA, APAC).

  • Negotiation & Influence: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and advanced negotiation skills, with a track record of driving impactful, high-stakes supplier agreements.

  • Analytical Prowess: Deep understanding of market drivers, comprehensive cost structures, and financial analysis as it pertains to procurement and sourcing.

  • Track Record: Documented history of successful cost management, supply chain optimization, and driving operational excellence.

  • Language: Business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to facilitate global communication.
