We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide in-home patient care in Coyote Canyon (4 hours) and Naschitti (8 hours), NM, based on physician-approved care plans.
Sign on bonus up to $3500.00
This is a 1099 contract position, requiring approximately 12 hours of weekly care at the patient's residence.
Once accepted into the program, patients retain this benefit long-term, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships.
The nurse will need to travel between the three locations to deliver personalized care, advocate for patients, and collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and physicians to meet their needs.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
