## About this Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Partner to act as the primary interface between Supply Chain Management and business stakeholders, providing strategic and operational support across end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes. The role focuses on stakeholder-centric support, policy compliance, process excellence, supplier and contract management, and the delivery of efficient, compliant and value-driven supply chain solutions aligned to business objectives.

## What you’ll do

Act as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for assigned business units and stakeholders.

Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, procurement requirements and operational challenges.

Provide guidance on Supply Chain policies, procedures, sourcing strategies and procurement governance.

Support stakeholders in planning and executing procurement and sourcing activities aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate communication between business functions, suppliers, category managers, finance teams and Supply Chain operations.

Deliver end-to-end Supply Chain activities in line with defined Service Level Agreements.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of procurement, sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract and purchase order processes.

Support transactional and operational Supply Chain activities to help ensure business continuity.

Monitor service performance and identify improvements that enhance stakeholder experience and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to Supply Chain policies, procurement regulations, internal governance requirements and applicable local laws in countries where supplier services are contracted or delivered.

Coordinate with Privacy, Risk, Legal, Compliance and relevant business stakeholders to identify local law obligations and ensure required approvals, exceptions and compliance evidence are documented before contract execution.

Work with Local SCM teams and VPC Category Managers to confirm country-specific requirements, local sourcing governance, supplier due diligence expectations and mandatory contract controls.

Conduct data validation and control activities to maintain integrity and accuracy across SCM systems.

Support audit activities and implement corrective actions where required.

Identify, escalate and mitigate risks related to suppliers, contracts, procurement processes and compliance obligations.

Maintain accurate SCM records, databases, contracts and supplier information.

Support supplier engagement activities and facilitate effective supplier relationship management.

Coordinate with Local SCM teams, VPC Category Managers, Legal, Privacy, Risk and Procurement specialists to establish, review, negotiate and manage supplier contracts.

Ensure appropriate review and sign-off of contract clauses covering local law compliance, privacy, data protection, risk, security, audit rights, liability, regulatory obligations and country-specific requirements.

Monitor supplier performance and support resolution of supplier-related issues.

Assist with contract governance activities, renewals, amendments and compliance monitoring.

Provide support for sourcing projects and supplier negotiations where required.

Produce accurate reports, dashboards and management information to support decision-making.

Monitor key Supply Chain metrics, KPIs and SLA performance.

Maintain, track and report SCM KPIs for the assigned entity, including savings delivery, compliance performance, centrally managed spend, Happy PO performance and other agreed Supply Chain metrics.

Analyse spend, procurement trends, process performance and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance service quality.

Maintain process documentation and recommend optimisation opportunities

## Who you are

You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.

You have experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Operations or Shared Services environments.

You understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Supply Chain processes.

You have experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle or equivalent procurement systems.

You bring analytical and reporting capability, with the ability to turn data into useful insights.

You can manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, category teams, finance, legal, privacy, risk and compliance teams.

You have knowledge of sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, governance, compliance and risk management.

You are confident in communication, influencing, problem-solving, decision-making, project support and change management.

Experience in a multinational or shared services environment would be beneficial.

Experience in supplier governance, contract management and process transformation initiatives would be beneficial.
