About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our National Talent Acquisition team, based in either Brisbane or Melbourne. This role will provide support across various operations and administration activities across the TA function.
This is a highly process driven role, working across systems and workflows, requiring a high level of attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate pre-employment screening for all new hires, identifying and escalating any issues prior to commencement
Liaise with candidates and new hires throughout the screening process, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Manage the talent acquisition inbox, responding to enquiries and directing requests as appropriate
Coordinate team meeting minutes and action items, tracking progress and follow-up where required
Assist in invoices, billing and expense processes
Provide administrative and operational support to TA leaders and broader Talent Acquisition team as required
About You
A completed or ongoing tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Marketing or a related discipline, or relevant administration and/or customer service experience
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
