Key Responsibilities

- Market Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the KSA financial services market, aligned with Vision 2030 growth priorities.

- Client Acquisition: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partners, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients.

- Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners, influencers/KOL, marketing affiliations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that accelerate market entry and revenue growth.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and the regulatory environment (SAMA, CMA) to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.

- Reporting: Track, forecast, and report on business development performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets.
