What will you do?
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat and email in English
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Investigate customer concerns and identify the best possible solutions
- Resolve product and service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction from first contact
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary
- Promote responsible gaming and ensure compliance with company policies and licensing requirements
- Stay up to date with internal processes, procedures, and regulations
- Contribute to team success by achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Build positive customer relationships by going the extra mile in every interaction
Candidate profile
- Native-level English and fluent English skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required, as full training is provided
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
- Comfortable working with computers and confident touch-typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
