Description
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., or Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:25 p.m.-1:55 a.m.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling and turning centers and manual machinery, including mills, drills, lathes, and saws.
- Perform routine or repetitive machining operations in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate saws and perform work in the annealing center as assigned.
- Perform plating operations in accordance with quality requirements and production standards.
- Read blueprints and use mechanical inspection methods to verify completed work.
- Apply shop math and measurement skills to complete work accurately.
- Maintain consistent compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; machine shop coursework desired.
- Ability to operate saws and work in an annealing center.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and mechanical inspection.
- Knowledge of shop math and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
