The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Emergent Operations Lead to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Emergent Operations Lead serves as CACI's senior operational manager responsible for planning, coordinating, activating, and directing emergent logistics and mission support activities in support of contingency operations, crisis response, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and other Government-directed missions. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadership for rapidly deployable, scalable response capabilities supporting operations across permissive, contested, and denied environments.
The Emergent Operations Lead synchronizes logistics, facilities, mission support, operational planning, transportation, and commercial capabilities to enable timely mission execution. Working closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, site managers, functional leads, and mission partners, this position ensures operational readiness, resource integration, workforce leadership, and successful execution of dynamic operational requirements while delivering responsive, adaptive, and mission-focused support.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning, activation, and execution of Government-directed emergent operations.
Direct contingency, crisis response, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and surge operations.
Advise Government leadership on operational planning, logistics, and mission support solutions.
Develop rapid response plans integrating logistics, facilities, transportation, and operational support.
Coordinate mission analysis, course of action development, and operational execution.
Synchronize logistics, facilities, and mission support activities across multiple locations.
Lead deployment of multidisciplinary teams supporting operational requirements.
Coordinate movement of personnel, equipment, and operational resources.
Monitor mission execution and adjust priorities to meet changing operational requirements.
Manage allocation of personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and commercial resources.
Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary operational teams while maintaining workforce readiness.
Serve as the primary operational interface with Government customers and mission partners.
Lead operational briefings and communicate mission status, risks, and resource requirements.
Oversee execution of Task Delivery Orders while managing cost, schedule, and performance.
Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, operational assessments, and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum 15 years of experience supporting military logistics, operational planning, contingency operations, or mission support.
Experience supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or Special Operations organizations.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams supporting Government programs.
Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and military leadership.
Desired:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Military Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed or expeditionary operations.
Experience integrating commercial, Government, and partner capabilities in support of mission requirements.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, DAWIA, or equivalent are preferred.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
