The Agile & Delivery Enablement (ADE) team exists to improve how NiSource delivers business value by enabling effective delivery practices, operating model adoption, and organizational agility. ADE partners with other departments across IT and business leaders to establish delivery standards, develop delivery capabilities, support organizational transformation initiatives, and continuously improve the effectiveness of teams. The Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) is accountable for enabling predictable, high‑quality delivery of business value outcomes across one or more agile teams. Ensure work is planned, sequenced, and delivered predictably
Provide transparency into delivery progress, forecasts, and constraints.
Coach teams and leaders on effective Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, PSK, Kanban)
Ensure agile events are effective, outcome‑focused, and aligned to delivery goals
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and psychological safety
Actively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments that impact outcomes
Coordinate planning and sequencing across multiple teams or workstreams
Support vendor partner management and the Project Management Office when required for governance, financial reporting or regulatory delivery needs
Support the Product Owner or Technical Delivery Manager in translating business priorities into delivery roadmaps and execution strategies
Support communication of delivery forecast, risks, and trade‑offs to leadership using data-driven insights and options
Ensure data integrity, flow visibility and adherence to delivery standards using NiSource approved tooling
