We are looking for a high-energy, sales-minded Licensed Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our growing team!

We are specifically looking for an experienced aesthetic professional who is comfortable working with Sciton, BTL Devices, and Laser Hair Removal and loves helping patients achieve incredible results.

Our ideal candidate brings more than great technical skills. You love connecting with patients, creating customized treatment plans, recommending skincare and additional services, and building a loyal patient following.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments within your training, credentials, and scope

• Perform Sciton BBL treatments and other light/laser-based services

• Perform Laser Hair Removal treatments

• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized, comprehensive treatment plans

• Educate patients on skincare, laser treatments, packages, and maintenance plans

• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products

• Identify opportunities for additional treatments and collaborate with injectors to create comprehensive patient plans

• Build and maintain a loyal patient following

• Focus on rebooking, retention, referrals, retail sales, and treatment plan conversion

• Take high-quality before-and-after photos and document patient progress

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

• Participate in events, promotions, social content, and practice growth initiatives

• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and patient care

• Stay current on aesthetic trends, skincare, laser technology, and treatment protocols

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

• Active Texas Esthetician License – Required

• Laser trained/certified with the appropriate Texas credentials for the treatments performed

• Hands-on Sciton experience strongly preferred

• Experience performing BBL treatments strongly preferred

• Laser Hair Removal experience required

• Experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics setting preferred

• Confident recommending and selling services, treatment packages, and skincare

• Comfortable creating long-term, comprehensive treatment plans

• High-energy, outgoing, positive, and professional

• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance

• Passionate about skincare and medical aesthetics

• Excellent at building relationships and creating an exceptional patient experience

• A team player who loves collaborating and cross-referring with other providers
