What You'll be Doing:

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality technical documentation. You will work closely with various departments, contributing significantly to the creation of user manuals, guides, and specifications. Your expertise will ensure that technical information is conveyed clearly and effectively, thereby enhancing user experience and product usability.

Key Tasks:   

• Lead interviews and information sessions with subject matter experts.

• Ensure all technical content aligns with user needs and product specifications.

• Create comprehensive manuals, guides, and technical specifications.

• Review and improve existing documentation for clarity and effectiveness.

• Manage large documentation projects from inception to completion.

• Implement feedback from usability testing into documentation.
  • Coordinate with design teams to integrate visuals and diagrams effectively.

• Use advanced documentation tools to streamline content creation.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in documentation.

You're a Great Fit if You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.

• Technical Writing: Proficient in developing complex technical documents.

• Information Collection: Skilled in leading detailed information sessions with experts.

• Content Alignment: Ensuring technical content meets product specifications and user needs.

• Project Management: Effective management of large documentation projects.

• Usability Testing: Ability to integrate feedback from usability tests into documentation.

• Visual Integration: Coordinating with design teams to include visuals and diagrams.

• Documentation Tools: Advanced use of documentation tools for efficient content creation.

• Industry Standards: Knowledge of and adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Compensation:

$60,700.00 - $106,000.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
