We’re currently expanding and have four exciting opportunities available for Client Benefits Administrators. If you have experience in administration, customer support, or service, this could be the perfect role for you.
How you'll make an impact
As a Client Benefits Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients and their employees enjoy a seamless experience with their flexible benefits. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Gallagher Guide flexible benefits platform to support our clients effectively.
- Handling client queries via email, online chat, and phone, delivering timely and professional assistance.
- Validating and managing client data with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers to deliver exceptional service.
- Following established processes and managing your workload to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of flexible benefit schemes, ensuring our clients and their employees receive the best possible experience.
About you
We’re seeking individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. You’ll need to be a strong communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in providing excellent client service, ideally within the UK employee benefits industry.
