Title of Position: AssistantLearning and Development Manager
Package: 40,000 - 60,000 THB

Job Summary:
Assistant Learning & Development Manager will enhance staff skills and performance to ensure 5-star service at our golf course. Responsibilities include developing a training system, conducting regular training sessions, and managing performance evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or golf courses and a passion for staff development and continuous improvement. They will collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager and department heads to meet training needs and promote a culture of excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with the golf course’s goals and objectives.
- Design and establish a structured training system, including compulsory training programs for all staff levels.
- Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, technical skills, safety procedures, and other relevant topics.
- Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with managers and staff.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage and oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided to staff.
- Work closely with department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Monitor and assess staff performance to identify areas for improvement and professional development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among all employees.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training and development.
- Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and performance evaluations to the General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to training and staff development.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, such as personal data protection, quality, and safety-related duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality or golf course industry.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs and systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with staff and management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation methods and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
