What You'll Do
Manage rental extension requests for both short-term and long-term vehicle rentals.
Investigate and resolve overdue rental cases, ensuring rental agreements remain accurate and up to date.
Proactively contact drivers and corporate customers to collect required information, such as mileage readings, and secure rental extensions when needed.
Coordinate with rental stations and internal stakeholders to support business continuity and fleet utilization.
Manage and maintain case information across internal systems, Excel files, and SharePoint.
Handle case-related communication via phone and email with customers, business partners, and internal teams.
Research and gather relevant information from multiple systems and databases to support decision-making and case resolution.
Ensure accurate administration and documentation of all activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Advanced German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Confidence communicating professionally with external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, responsible, and collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
