Director of Merchandising | Homemakers Furniture
Homemakers is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Merchandising to lead the vision, direction, and execution of our merchandising strategy across retail and eCommerce channels. This senior leadership role will oversee product assortment planning, inventory strategy, vendor partnerships, pricing, forecasting, and team development to drive revenue growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate is a proven merchandising leader with extensive experience building profitable assortments, negotiating vendor partnerships, leveraging analytics to inform business decisions, and developing high-performing teams.
