We’re seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy services and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in communication, cognition, and swallowing.
What You'll Do
- Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide skilled therapy and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate
- Help patients reach their highest level of function and independence
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP license
- ASHA certification or eligibility
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- A patient-centered approach and desire to make a difference
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus
