Position Responsibilities: 

• The Machine Operator efficiently and effectively operates blow molding machine and understand the equipment flow process and accesses, understands, and corrects machine alarm conditions

• This role diagnoses and corrects operation issues i.e., broken oven lamps, incorrectly fed preforms, discharge jams, etc.

• You will ensures that the machine and associated equipment is changed over in an efficient and accurate manner and maintains an adequate supply of raw materials for the machine

• Machine Operators troubleshoots equipment issues while working with the maintenance team to resolve any issue adversely affecting the machine’s operational status

• This position is responsible for complying with all standard safety practices, safety rules, good manufacturing practices and all other company rules is required of the Machine Operator

• Additionally, you will report any critical mechanical issues to the maintenance team and maintains accurate records and logs

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 2 plus years of related experience  

  Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
