Job Description Summary

The Sr. Director Marketing, Radiology - CT & Xray, US and Canada (USCAN) for GE HealthCare’s CT & Xray portfolios is responsible for shaping, leading, and executing the region’s marketing strategy across the radiology product portfolio. This leader accelerates the product portfolio growth by strengthening commercial activation, driving adoption of innovation, and elevating the portfolios’ market presence. The role partners closely with the USCAN commercial/product teams, USCAN/Global Product Marketing, and cross functional partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Position CT and Xray solutions to win with customers and prove GE HealthCare improves lives in the moments that matter.  

  • Build and execute the USCAN growth strategy for the radiology portfolio.

  • Develop annual marketing strategy and execute marketing plans in partnership with marketing colleagues and product managers.

  • Deliver the Integrated Marketing Plan including campaigns, events, and demand generation.

  • Drive leads using customer-focused content and channel plans that leverage SEM, email, social, inside sales, events and more.

  • Understand customers’ staff, patient and clinical needs to identify outcomes GE HealthCare can deliver and then create related marketing campaigns.

  • Update and customize developed marketing materials for the USCAN radiology customer audience, including content development relevant to decision makers that may be exclusive to the USCAN region.

  • Collaboratively develop, design and execute highly impactful global and regional trade show experiences.

  • Partner with commercial teams on strategic initiatives and targeted plays.

  • Establish and Track KPIs; optimize with a lean, outcomes‑based mindset.

  • Train commercial teams on portfolio value propositions, competitive insights, and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field.

  • Experience leading and executing positioning and digital marketing plans that drive measurable customer and business benefits.

  • Experience developing strong customer-centric value propositions and content.

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills.

Preferred

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, sales or product management of healthcare or technology solutions.

  • Residence near GEHC headquarters (Milwaukee or Chicago) would be preferred.

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Proven success operating in complex, fast‑moving, and highly dynamic environments.

  • Meaningful exposure to the broader imaging technology and/or nuclear medicine medtech segments.

  • Strong expertise in market insights, customer understanding, portfolio commercialization, and brand development.

  • Demonstrated innovation in healthcare portfolio marketing—able to co‑create new ideas collaboratively and turn them into high‑impact execution.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $145,600.00-$218,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
