Role Summary and Impact 

The Senior Associate supports the planning, execution, and performance management of integrated media campaigns for luxury and prestige brands across the region. Working closely with the Manager and Regional Client Growth Lead, the role is responsible for campaign coordination, reporting, client support, and cross-market collaboration to deliver business and media objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning & Campaign Execution

• Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign delivery with local market and specialist teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation initiatives based on campaign results and insights.
• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign evaluations.

Client & Team Support

• Support day-to-day client communications and project management.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and media recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and ensure actions and deliverables are followed through.
• Collaborate with internal teams and market stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery excellence.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse campaign data and contribute insights to support media recommendations.
• Consolidate market updates, campaign learnings, and best practices across the region.
• Support competitive, consumer, and category research, particularly within the luxury sector.

Regional Growth Initiatives

• Support the Manager and Regional Client Growth Lead on strategic projects and regional initiatives.
• Assist in developing materials for business reviews and client growth opportunities.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen client relationships and business performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in media planning, account management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital and offline media channels.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in luxury, beauty, fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
• Regional or multi-market experience is advantageous.
