Are you an experienced Independent Tile Installation Contractor looking for steady work without the hassle of finding your next job?
We are seeking qualified Independent Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects throughout Barrie and surrounding areas.
Scope of Work
- Installation of kitchen and bathroom backsplashes
- Installation and replacement of tub surrounds
- Grouting, caulking, repairs, and tile replacement
- Apartment turnover and renovation projects
Requirements
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Experience installing ceramic, porcelain, and subway tile
