Position Summary
The candidate will work closely with the Vice President of Inside Sales & Engineering, supporting a wide range of daily activities. Responsibilities include performing hands‑on product analyses, preparing technical quotations, and assisting with the operation, management, and upkeep of testing equipment. The role will also provide support to the inside sales team as needed.The ideal candidate is a mechanically inclined individual—preferably with a mechanical engineering background—who demonstrates strong technical writing abilities and can confidently communicate and present information to customers.Habonim is a rapidly growing, fast‑paced organization, and the ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a dynamic, evolving work environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform hands‑on analysis and evaluation of products and generate clear technical reports when required.Generate technical quotations based on customer inquiries.Assist in managing, operating, and maintaining testing machinery.Assist in managing quality assurance records & certifications.Provide support to the inside sales team as needed.Communicate effectively with customers through strong technical writing and presentation skills.
Position Requirements
A degree in engineering is strongly preferred, though not strictly required.This position requires on‑site attendance at the Wayne, NJ office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Demonstrated proficiency in English communication is required.
