Starting Pay: $36.85/hour

Shift Differential: 10% for night shift ($40.53)

Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts)

What You'll Do

Assure the reliability of the LEGO equipment through the

Total Productivity Maintenance and increasing efficiency and

productivity, reducing the maintenance cost by following the

safety and quality standards in a self-sufficient manner while

working with other team members.

Focus areas:

• Production/Process support.
• Continuous improvement in machinery and processes.
• Roll out Projects of new machinery.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain the LEGO packing equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure the production according to companies' trust and product quality by working with the team in corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
• As Subject Matter Expert - consult and train the team on mechanical, electrical, wiring, HMI, PLC knowledge and experience, programming and OT knowledge
• Ensure daily equipment repair through preventative, proactive, and corrective maintenance.
• Perform continuous improvement projects (5S, PPS, RIE, Focus board, etc.)
• Validate Preventative Maintenance is done to standard
• Team communication to shift lead (deliver information using the escalation path of for shift including communication to team members and stakeholders for problems/failures in line)
• Work alongside spare parts in warehouse and support MRO activities.
• Problem solving using root cause analysis.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees along with shadowing
• Expert in packing equipment (PPK + FPK)
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft MS Office)
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem solving experience
• Leadership soft skills
• Mechanical and electrical experience
• Wiring, HMI, and PLC knowledge and experience
• Programming and OT knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates/technical degree or certificate in lieu of experience.
• Experience in the following one or more of the following: Automation, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Electric and electronic diagrams, Mechanical diagrams, robotics
• Ladder Logic Programming skills
• Rockwell Automation knowledge (RSLogix 5000, RSLinx, Factory Talk View Studio)
• PLC experience (Allen Bradley & Siemens)

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $36.85 - $36.85 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
