Then we’re looking for you to join us as a Commis Patisserie for our upcoming 2026/2027 winter season!


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing reliable support in the preparation of high-quality desserts, pastries, tartlets, pralines and display items for our various outlets
  • Independently preparing the daily work area in accordance with Kempinski quality standards.
  • Ensuring that our sweet creations are always presented flawlessly and taste excellent.
  • Strict adherence to and implementation of HACCP guidelines as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Close collaboration with the Head Pâtissier and the kitchen team to optimise workflows.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A completed apprenticeship as a chef or pastry chef, as well as initial professional experience in upmarket catering
  • Professional expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very strong commitment to quality
  • A structured and organised approach to work
  • A keen interest in team-based work
  • Very good English is essential; any additional languages, e.g. Italian or German, are an advantage
