About the Role
Centific is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to drive execution across multilingual AI initiatives — managing enterprise client accounts and coordinating cross-functional delivery for localization, language-data, and multilingual model workstreams.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end program management for multilingual AI initiatives, from planning through delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, managing relationships and ensuring delivery meets client expectations
Coordinate across engineering, linguistics/localization, and data operations teams to keep programs on schedule
Track and report on program health, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders and clients
Manage vendor/partner coordination for language-specific data and localization work
Drive process standardization across multilingual program workstreams
Identify opportunities to expand scope or deepen engagement within existing enterprise accounts
Manage and mentor a delivery team
Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable business value
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in localization, with direct experience managing enterprise accounts
Experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level reporting experience
Familiarity with multilingual NLP, localization workflows, or language-data pipelines is a plus
Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus given the client-facing, multilingual nature of the role
Advanced communication, negotiation & reporting.
