We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations — Growth & Acquisition is a business-critical role within the Revenue Marketing organization and will have a measurable impact on new customer pipeline and revenue growth. This person will own the end-to-end operational execution of acquisition marketing programs within a complex B2B2x sales model, working cross-functionally with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, analytics, creative, and sales teams to plan, deliver, and continuously optimize campaigns through the marketing automation system.
This high-impact role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing the full campaign lifecycle, from audience building and platform setup through launch, weekly performance optimization, and post-campaign debrief, and is equally comfortable driving day-to-day tactical decisions as they identify performance issues and escalating strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. They must have strong command of marketing technology, CRM, attribution frameworks, and the operational discipline to manage data integrity, lead flow with consistency and precision across a multi-stakeholder environment.
What you’ll own
Audience & Data
- Co-develop the Ideal Customer Profile in partnership with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, translating shared commercial objectives into actionable targeting criteria
- Build and maintain target account lists aligned to the co-developed ICP and campaign objectives
- Segment audiences by firmographic, technographic, and behavioral attributes to support media proposal development
- Enrich contact data to ensure completeness and accuracy across key fields prior to platform upload
- Validate data quality and enforce hygiene standards across the database in support of tracking and CRM configuration
- Create suppression and exclusion lists to protect audience integrity across all activated channels
- Define intent signals and engagement triggers in partnership with the LOB, analytics and tracking team to inform KPI targeting
- Map buying committee members and stakeholder roles within target accounts to support messaging framework development
- Upload and sync audience segments to relevant platforms as part of the coordinated pre-launch delivery workstream
Marketing Operations
- Build and deploy emails within the marketing automation platform (Hubspot/Marketo), coordinated with platform setup and tracking configuration
- Create and optimize landing pages in alignment with the creative brief and conversion path requirements, subject to pre-launch review sign-off
- Develop and configure forms for lead capture and progressive profiling, ensuring integration with Hubspot and/or Salesforce pipelines
- Set up and maintain lead scoring models in collaboration with the analytics team to prioritize high-intent prospects for sales handoff
- Configure automated workflows to support campaign logic, routing, and lead flow validated against KPIs agreed with the LOB stakeholder
- Build and manage nurture programs across the buyer journey, developed in close alignment with LOB stakeholders to reflect the sales motion and commercial priorities of each business unit
- Set up Hubspot/Marketo campaigns in coordination with the LOB stakeholder to ensure alignment between marketing activity and sales follow-up
- Maintain attribution tracking frameworks across channels, ensuring consistent measurement from initial engagement through pipeline contribution
- Generate and govern UTM structures to ensure consistent campaign tagging across all channels and reporting dashboards
- Conduct thorough QA testing across all campaign assets, workflows, and integrations prior to launch
- Ensure compliance reviews are performed to adhere to regulatory, brand, and messaging standards at each stage of the campaign process
Launch & Execution
- Conduct final QA across all assets, workflows, and integrations, with go-live requiring sign-off from both Central Marketing and the LOB stakeholder
- Activate campaigns across designated channels simultaneously per the approved media plan
- Monitor campaign performance in real time against agreed KPIs, flagging significant anomalies to the LOB stakeholder promptly and in line with the established reporting cadence
- Validate lead flow from capture through to CRM and sales handoff in coordination with the analytics and tracking team
- Perform weekly performance checks against KPIs and benchmarks and escalate any anomalies to Analytics and LOB stakeholders
- Execute routine in-campaign optimizations including, audience refinements, A/B creative testing, and landing page improvements independently and within the agreed campaign parameters; bring forward recommendations or stakeholder review before implementation
- Communicate campaign status through weekly performance summaries to the management, with ad-hoc updates on significant developments
- Document lessons learned and develop recommendations for the next campaign cycle, incorporating benchmark updates and optimization insights to continuously improve performance
- Participate in cross-functional campaign retrospectives with Business Unit, Central Marketing, and Creative stakeholders to surface learnings and align on next steps
- Update performance benchmarks to reflect current baselines, ensuring learnings cycle back into future campaign planning
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth marketing within a B2B or B2B2x SaaS environment, including experience navigating partner-influenced or indirect sales models
- MBA preferred; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Marketo, including campaign automation, lead scoring, workflow configuration, nurture program development, and CRM integration
- Ability to evaluate performance data and drive optimization decisions
- Proven track record of operating effectively in a highly matrixed organization, managing cross-functional relationships across business units, central marketing, analytics, creative, and sales teams
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder buying journeys and the ability to map audiences, messaging, and tactics to each stage of the customer decision process
- Experience co-developing Ideal Customer Profiles with commercial stakeholders and translating targeting criteria into executable audience segments and campaign strategies
- Strong command of attribution frameworks, UTM governance, and lead flow validation across complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage in-campaign optimizations independently while exercising sound judgment on when to escalate strategic or budget decisions to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering strategic recommendations to both direct leadership and LOB stakeholders
- Prior experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry strongly preferred; familiarity with the commercial dynamics of B2B2x or channel-partner sales models is a significant advantag
