Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10–16 years of technology experience to own end-to-end technical architecture for complex full-stack, cloud-native, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across React.js, Node.js and AWS Serverless, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and production-ready architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive end-to-end architecture and technical design for complex applications, microservices, APIs, integrations and AWS Serverless solutions.

2. Design and review GenAI/Agentic AI architectures including agents, workflows, orchestration, LLMs, prompts, tools, RAG, knowledge sources, guardrails and enterprise integrations.

3. Evaluate technology, framework, LLM and AWS service options and make architecture decisions considering scalability, performance, security, availability, maintainability and cost.

4. Lead architecture and technical design reviews, guide Technical Leads and engineering teams, resolve complex technical issues, and drive reusable architecture patterns and accelerators.

Professional & Technical Skills

1. Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, system integration, distributed/event-driven architectures and databases.

2. Strong AWS Serverless and cloud architecture experience with Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch and related services, including CI/CD, IaC, observability, security and production support.

3. Strong practical experience with GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI solutions, including Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.

4. Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, IAM, Responsible AI, AI security, evaluation, guardrails and enterprise AI governance.

Additional Information:

1. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents, MCP and multi-agent architectures is preferred.

2. Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical standards, reference architectures, reusable accelerators, modernization strategies and technical PoCs is desirable.

3. Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding Technical Leads, Senior Engineers and development teams.
