As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate client engagements. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The position also focuses on enhancing the organization s reputation by introducing emerging ideas and shaping strategic directions. Daily activities include engaging with stakeholders, providing trusted advisory support, and ensuring that delivery outcomes align with both client expectations and industry best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate innovative practices into project delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of expense management processes and related compliance requirements.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Concur solutions to meet diverse business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams at various levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Concur.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
