Support portfolio intake and demand-management activities by standardizing the collection and maintenance of information related to opportunities, initiatives, ownership, milestones, dependencies, value realization, and commitment readiness.
Partner with portfolio governance, reporting, and value-management stakeholders to ensure portfolio information, reporting materials, and dashboard outputs accurately reflect initiative status, business value, risks, dependencies, execution progress, and business case assumptions.
Identify, analyze, and resolve portfolio data-quality issues, reporting inconsistencies, incomplete records, and process gaps to improve data integrity, reporting effectiveness, portfolio visibility, and overall decision quality.
