Senior Executive - People Solutions

Overview

The Platforms & Solutions Associate will be responsible for supporting global EC operations processes and transactions, completing them for the respective process in accordance with the agreed service catalog and SLAs, under the direct supervision of the manager. The role will be responsible for delivering assigned work and will leverage required HR systems and tools to meet process requirements, based out of the India ICC site.

The role will also be responsible for delivering the Tier 2 transactions along with the team with accuracy & within the agreed SLA, both at the individual level and Team level

 

Will be responsible for delivering EC transactions, Import/Export, SAP transactions, Import/Export knowledge, process enhancements, UATs, and WOW automation or simplification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services as defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement on processes transitioned from Accenture
• Ensure processing tickets with accuracy & within SLA both at individual level and team level
• Participate in regular interactions & review meetings on service delivery with stakeholders
• Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities in the assigned process
• Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements
• Take ownership for ultimate issue resolution  
• The Platforms & Slutions Associate is responsible for providing best-in-class employee experience across transaction processing related to EC
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
• Work as an integral part in the EC Operations team projects deliverables including maintaining employee data, corrections, Global assignments and International Transfers
• Ensure that all processes and documentation are robustly maintained, protecting integrity and quality of data and version, support teams with process map and documentation updates.
• Support on Basic Payroll reports
• Support in shifts whenever necessary during payroll deadlines

Qualifications

• HR Shared Services process and SLA management experience: 3 years
• Service management and ticket management system experience
• Customer orientation
• Process management and continuous improvement  with a focus on optimization and productivity
• Ability to work with different geographies and cultural experience sensitivity
