Description
Job Title: Senior Warehouse Supervisor
City, Country: Qingyuan, Guangdong, China
We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Qingyuan site. In this role, you will help establish and stabilize warehouse processes while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials and finished goods. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing operation, build a capable team, and contribute to continuous improvement across safety, quality, service, and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a reliable and high-performing warehouse environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, picking, and shipment preparation.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, chemical handling, labeling, storage, 5S, and standard operating procedure requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and timely investigation of inventory discrepancies.
- Coach, develop, and support warehouse team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Support warehouse start-up readiness, process implementation, layout preparation, and operational ramp-up activities.
- Collaborate with production, planning, quality, purchasing, logistics, maintenance, and external partners to improve material flow and resolve operational challenges.

You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations, including experience leading teams or supervising warehouse activities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, chemical storage requirements, labeling standards, and material handling equipment operations.
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and ERP or SAP systems.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop team capability and engagement.
- Effective planning, communication, and coordination skills across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement, and operational performance optimization.
