We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Placement team（达信排分团队）. This role will be based in Tianjin.

The Reinsurance Operations Specialist – Facility Reinsurance is responsible for supporting the placement, binding, operational administration, and settlement of facility reinsurance arrangements. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that all quotation, binding, reconciliation, and settlement activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and service standards. This position requires strong analytical capability, a high degree of attention to detail, and effective coordination across internal stakeholders to support the timely and accurate delivery of reinsurance operations.

We will count on you to:

Reinsurance Placement and Binding

• Support quotation activities and manage the request-for-quote process for facility reinsurance arrangements.
• Coordinate binding activities and ensure all placement-related documentation and requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Reinsurance Operations Support

• Provide post-binding operational support for facility reinsurance arrangements.
• Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing standardized operational processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks and ongoing service delivery.

Reconciliation and Settlement

• Perform reconciliation and settlement activities related to facility reinsurance arrangements.
• Review and validate business data, fees, premiums, claims, and other related records to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across systems and documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, missing records, duplicate entries, and other exceptions in a timely manner, and follow through to resolution.
• Support corrective actions and process improvements to strengthen data accuracy and operational control.

• Facility再保险的询报价、binding工作。

b)       再保险运营支持

• Facility 再保 binding 后的运营支持工作，协助建立标准流程。

c)       对账与结算

• Facility再保安排相关的对账和结算工作；
• 协助核对业务数据、费用、保费、赔款等相关数据，确保账实、账账一致及准确；
• 及时识别异常、差错、漏单、重复数据并推动整改。

What you need to have: 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Analysis, or other related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Prior experience in insurance or reinsurance placement, operations, or related administrative functions is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Excellent data processing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced functions.
• Strong English proficiency, with CET-6 or above, and the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking business environment.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and highly responsible.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within time-sensitive or milestone-driven deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

a)       学历与专业：

• 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、保险、精算、统计、数据分析等相关专业优先。

b)       经验背景：

• 3年以上保险相关工作经验；
• 具备保险/再保险安排或运营相关经验者优先。

c)       能力与技能：

• 沟通协调能力强；
• 具备较强的数据处理与分析能力，Excel 熟练（函数、透视表等）；
• 英语6级及以上，具备良好的英文工作能力。

d)       个人素质：

• 细心严谨、责任心强；
• 能够在节点性工作中保证交付质量；
• 良好沟通协调能力与跨部门协同意识。
