Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $94,300 - $122,600 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match #LI-BB1 Position Summary: The Manager, Full Potential Office – Finance Transformation will play a critical role in supporting Bimbo Bakeries USA’s transformation agenda by partnering with Finance, Workstream Leads, the Full Potential Office, and EPMO stakeholders to strengthen initiative governance, financial discipline, value tracking, and execution readiness. This role will help ensure transformation initiatives are accurately reflected in Wave, aligned to finance guidance, and supported by clear reporting, issue resolution, and cross-functional follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Transformation Finance leadership, Finance Leads, Workstream Leads, Initiative Owners, and EPMO partners to support the end-to-end financial governance of transformation initiatives. Maintain and review initiative financials in Wave, including actuals, forecasts, adjusted actuals, annualized values, bankable plan alignment, L4/L5 progression, and recurring benefit estimates. Identify and escalate data quality issues, forecast anomalies, timing variances, and initiative value discrepancies that may impact transformation reporting or decision-making. Support period close and forecast processes by coordinating finance inputs, validating initiative updates, and ensuring financial impacts are reflected consistently across reporting views. Prepare analysis and materials for Finance Lead calls, FPO check-ins, productivity reviews, EVA discussions, and SteerCo / SLT updates. Coordinate follow-up actions with Finance Leads and Workstream teams to resolve open items, clarify assumptions, and drive timely updates in Wave. Support L5 approval readiness by helping teams understand finance requirements, valuation guidance, thresholds, and documentation expectations. Assist with training, process documentation, and transition of finance governance routines as the transformation program evolves. Develop and maintain trusted working relationships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Growth, RGM, EPMO, and FPO stakeholders. Working Relationships This role will report to the Senior Director, Transformation Finance and work closely with Finance Leads, Workstream Leads, Initiative Owners, the Full Potential Office team, EPMO partners, and senior Finance leadership. About the Role This is a high-visibility role for a finance professional who enjoys solving problems, driving clarity, improving processes, and helping teams convert transformation initiatives into measurable business value. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across functions, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring that transformation reporting is accurate, timely, and decision-ready. Strong financial analysis skills, including ability to interpret actuals, forecast impacts, initiative value drivers, recurring benefits, and variance explanations. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies, challenge assumptions, and drive resolution. Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable messaging for senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with Power BI, Wave, transformation tracking systems, or similar reporting platforms preferred. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
