Description
Hospitality Group • Turks and Caicos • USD $65,000 + Benefits
We are searching for a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide direct, personal support to the CEO of a hospitality group based in the Turks and Caicos. This is not a traditional administrative role. The CEO moves quickly, values efficiency, and expects a right-hand who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure decisions and commitments are followed through without friction. Caribbean experience is strongly preferred.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities
- Prepare concise briefings, summaries, action lists, and follow-up trackers
- Act as the link between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate confidential business and personal matters with the utmost discretion
- Track decisions and instructions through to completion, flagging gaps proactively
- Support international travel logistics, appointments, and reservations at short notice
- Keep the CEO informed with timely, relevant, and action-oriented updates
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, business owner, or senior executive
- Caribbean experience is strongly preferred given the location and operational environment
- Background in hospitality, investment, finance, legal, real estate, or a family office is a strong advantage
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with urgency and ambiguity
- Confident and professionally assertive, with the emotional maturity to challenge respectfully when needed
- Exceptionally discreet, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; concise over comprehensive
- Valid passport with existing travel eligibility to the US and UK strongly preferred
- USD $65,000 per year
- Housing provided
- Additional benefits package (details provided upon application)
- Single status preferred for relocation
