Propósito del Rol

El Operador Logístico está involucrado en recepción y despacho del material desde su llegada a la bodega principal hasta el punto de abastecimiento para las líneas de producción. Esto incluye el movimiento y la contabilidad del material dentro o fuera del almacén. 

Responsabilidades clave

• Realizar los pedidos según plan de producción
• Recepción de proveedores (montacarga)
• Ingresar materiales al sistema y compartir migos (COUPA)
• Verificar devoluciones y gestionar contabilización en sistema
• Asegurar el correcto despacho y consumo de materiales
• Realizar conciliaciones de materiales en ordenes de producción al final de cada corrida
• Verificar que no se generen errores en sap (cogis )
• Asegurar que los inventarios cuadren en fisico y sistema.
• Dar soporte en los reportes de cierres de mes
• Controlar fifo y fefo
• Alertar sobre posibles diferencias de inventario por errores en sistema y/o al momento de realizar consumos
• Responsable de la ejecución de toma de inventario de aceite de acuerdo con el esquema de rotación definido
• Participar en los inventarios cíclicos definidos por el coordinador de bodega
• Ser back up de suministrador en caso de ausencias
• Check list de equipos de carga asignados
• Check list de recepción de materiales (incluye plataforma diaria)
• Asegurar la limpieza del área de carga de baterías y bodegas refrigeradas y graneles

Habilidades y Experiencia

Técnicas / funcionales

• Experiencia con SAP, procedimientos de LOTOTO, seguridad industrial, BPM e inocuidad alimentaria.
• Manejo de montacargas

Habilidades Core

• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
• Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders multifuncionales
• Alta atención al detalle
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
• Comodidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de transformación
• Manejo de montacarga

Lo que estamos buscando

• Mínimo 2 a 3 años en cargos similares
• Preferiblemente experiencia en plantas de alimentos, bebidas, lácteos o procesos industriales automatizados
• Capacidad comprobada para desempeñarse en entornos de transformación
• Bachiller con Especialización técnica.
• Licencia para manejar montacargas
