What You'll Do: As Store Manager, you will oversee and direct all aspects of store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales and meeting budget goals by controlling expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Providing leadership and fostering a positive, productive team environment.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid license and auto insurance are required.
- Physical Ability: Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting to 20 lbs., frequent bending, and reaching.
