As a Production Assembler, you will play an important role in building high quality products that improve patient outcomes around the world. What will you be doing?

  • Perform electromechanical assembly processes using components such as PC boards, fabricated metal parts, machined metals, cable harnesses, and mechanical or electronic subassemblies
  • Meet established productivity, takt time, and quality expectations across one to three product environments
  • Complete device history documentation accurately and legibly to support compliance requirements
  • Follow established assembly procedures, company policies, and safety standards
  • Identify and communicate quality issues, process improvement opportunities, lean suggestions, and potential safety concerns
  • Maintain an organized work area and tools in accordance with 5S standards
  • Recognize supplier or process related defects and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Support minor product testing activities as required
  • Participate in special projects and additional tasks assigned by management

What will you need to be successful?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to accurately complete production documentation
  • Hand eye coordination and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Soldering experience and experience using common electronic test equipment are preferred
