We are looking for an experienced Program Manager within Aid, Relief & Government to join our specialized Project Logistics team in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Program Manager you are a critical element of the team. The goal is a successful customer experience and business growth.

The Opportunity
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, KPI’s, data quality, implementation and customer relations.
You will be working closely with the operational team and the sales organisation, handling the customer satisfaction, driving business review and KPI’s.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving data quality through reporting and power BI tools
Supporting the client manager with input to the joint strategic roadmap
Identify efficiency and optimization initiatives to increase profitability /reduce cost to serve
Leading quarterly business review with the customer on performance
Manage digital transformation / new system implementation - Support new/additional business is implemented (incl EDI etc.)
Ensure foundation in place to deliver (eg. SOPs / Origin Workshops etc.)
Stakeholder management internally and externally
Drive performance and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the global Maersk network.
You will be accountable for:
Customer relationship and satisfaction
Value to the customer (realization of existing contracts and new initiatives)
Value to Maersk (efficiency, automation and standardization)
Ensure execution and reporting as per compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
You are a data and performance driven professional, who thrives in complex environment and have strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Ideally, you bring:
Strong knowledge on KPI and data driven performance within logistics.
Experience within Government/Defense or Aid/Relief business
Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
Commercial awareness and an interest of developing customer-focused solutions.
A solid understanding of project logistics and supply chain solutions.
Continuous Improvement techniques and metric driven
Ability to focus to define a vision, objectives and priorities
Excellent communication skills in English.
