Responsibilities:

• Chemical LAB analysis jobs, including UPW / Chemical / Wafer / Slurry sampling & analysis.
• Require lab analysis tools operation (IC / GC / ICP-MS / LC-MS / VPD / AT……) and data process.
• Assist engineer tool trouble shooting and analysis supporting.
• Can co-work and co-operate job arrangement and tool analysis assignment.
• Can write reports and work on design/summarize experiments.
• Need to follow safety rule of chemical management, change management, and risk assessment for Lab chemical operation.
• 化學實驗室分析工作，包含 純水 / 化學品 / 晶圓 / 研磨液 取樣及分析
• 實驗室儀器 (IC / GC / ICP-MS / LC-MS / VPD / AT...) 的操作及資料處理
• 支援機台異常處理及異常分析
• 協調分析工作排程
• 需撰寫報告及設計整合分析實驗
• 須遵循環安衛規定進行化學品管理, 變更管理, 並且執行化學品操作相關風險評估
