Qualifications
- Previous front desk experience or customer service role in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel property management software (PMS) experience required
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays required for front desk hotel operations
- High School diploma or equivalent
