At Westrock Orthodontics, our Dental Receptionists are the warm, welcoming face of our practice. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our doctors, dental assistants, and clinic leaders to create a seamless patient experience, streamline everyday operations, and make every patient feel right at home.
What You’ll Do
Patient Engagement: Greet incoming patients, provide top-tier customer service, and ensure check-ins and check-outs are effortless.
Scheduling & Accounts: Coordinate patient appointments to keep the clinic running on time, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate account records.
Administrative Support: Manage digital dental health records, assist with inventory levels, and keep the front desk clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, reliable computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier multi-tasking abilities.
Core Qualities: A kind, respectful, and self-motivated team player who anticipates clinic needs, handles challenges with grace, and takes pride in delivering great care.
