Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Own and lead technology process integration strategy across the manufacturing flow Define and optimize critical process integration schemes to achieve performance, quality, reliability, and cost objectives Drive process stability, manufacturability, yield enhancement, and long-term sustainability of manufacturing processes. Act as a senior technical authority for complex integration-related issues and critical manufacturing challenges Lead resolution of high-impact technical issues affecting yield, reliability, cycle time, quality, and customer commitments Lead strategic and critical improvement projects with significant impact on manufacturing performance and business outcomes Drive Technology Transfer (TT), New Product Introduction (NPI), and process qualification activities to ensure successful implementation and ramp-up Partner with process, equipment, quality, reliability, planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of major initiatives Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and reliability standards Drive cross-department alignment to achieve sustainable fab stability and operational excellence Develop strategies to improve yield, productivity, equipment utilization, cycle time, and overall manufacturing efficiency Champion continuous improvement culture through systematic problem-solving and technical innovation Coach, mentor, and develop engineers toward subject matter expert and future technical leadership roles Build technical competency within the organization through knowledge sharing, training, and technical guidance Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in: Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Semiconductor-related disciplines 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process integration, or related manufacturing environments Relevant experience in advanced manufacturing processes will also be considered Proven track record in leading complex technical problem-solving activities within high-volume manufacturing environments Demonstrated success in critical process improvement programs, yield improvement initiatives, and manufacturing optimization projects Experience with Technology Transfer (TT), New Product Introduction (NPI), process qualification, and manufacturing ramp-up Strong experience driving cross-functional projects involving multiple engineering disciplines History of multiple significant technical achievements and measurable business impact in current and previous roles Candidates with the following qualifications will have a distinct advantage: Technical publications in recognized journals or conferences Patent filings or granted patents Experience in advanced semiconductor technologies and process integration methodologies Experience presenting technical findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders Recognition as a subject matter expert within the organization or industry #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
